When am I charged?
On the 1st of each month. Nothing is charged at signup.
What if I don't use my ritual one month?
It carries forward. You can bank up to 2 unused rituals while your membership is active.
Can I swap my ritual for something else?
Yes. Exchange it for any service or combo of equal value. If you choose something that costs more, you pay only the difference at your member rate.
Does the member rate apply to nails?
Yes. 17% off every extra service, nails included. It can't be combined with other promotions.
How do I cancel?
Call or text (470) 768-LUME (5863) before your next billing date. Banked rituals must be used within 30 days of cancelling.
Can I share my membership?
No. Each membership is for one person.
